Pilates creates DEEP strength, as well as long, lean, agile, and flexible musculature. It is a highly elevated exercise that uses the body as it was meant to be used, encouraging healing and preventing future injury.  Using body weight and resistance through springs, the body is consistently challenged to stabilize and engage in length.  Currently taking clients in South Beach, Miami Florida.
