I’m Rachel Harvest.
I believe you cannot choose the life you are born into or when life is over, but you can choose every moment in between.
I am a registered dietitian, behavioral therapist, and life coach. I work with women who have a lot going for them but are feeling disconnected, disempowered, anxious, stressed, frustrated, heavy. They, like you, want to be able to do it all AND ENJOY IT.

HEALING FOR REAL means understanding your needs, addressing the stressors separating you from your peace, finding stability, and learning to speak and advocate so you have greater access to the things that give you life.
I created this course, HEAL FOR REAL, to help you do just that.
